Tabata Some

Tabata: 20 second work interval with 10 second rest repeated 8 sets for each exercise.  Score is the total repetitions completed in all 24 sets.

    It was some kind of workout! My results are
    Push ups -8 rounds total= 64 (bench push ups)
    Sit ups- 8 rounds total= 52
    Squats – 8 rounds total= 54

    GREAT JOB!!! Linda’s first day to really work on squats and she’s sinking’em like lawn darts. Next time I will be a better photog and post the proof. Way to go!
