WOD: 11-05-2009

The Downhill

Deadlift (10,9,8,7,6,……)

Ab-Mat Sit Ups  (20-18-16…..)

Push Ups (10,9,8,7,6,……)

“Downhill” refers to an expression athletes often hear from me as the numbers in a workout get smaller, by no means should they let off the gas pedal.  Just the opposite, we can see the finish line (often taste it) and we want to finish at full speed and with an empty tank.
