Adequate rest is often one of the toughest aspects of CrossFit, we are goal driven, task oriented and accomplishment fueled people. We attack every workout at an unsustanable pace, after 3 days your efforts become sub-par and offer diminishing returns. If over training for a prolonged period you will see negative returns and risk illness or injury. So our Wed and Thur WOD will be the same so that you can walk away on one of those days guilt free. The other 5 days…..you will focus like a laser and fight like a bear.
No workout on the 14th as I will be attending the Olympic Lifting Certification.
