9:00 am SaturdayTime for the Silverback Nation to gather and work to the physical edge while we push each other, Β cheer for each other and laugh with each other.

Here is how it went:

Thrusters x 15

Burpees x 2 min

2 min rest

    Great morning………Matt, you do not disappoint……from the warm up to the WOD, quality all the way! So nice to have Bob and Deanna all the way from Florida and your kids.

    I finally got 100lbs over my head……..5X actually!! Can you hear how excited I am???

    See you guys Monday………Brad, we’ll miss you. Have fun in Las Vegas………I hear they have a rockin’ box there if you get a chance πŸ™‚

    Good seeing new and familiar faces this morning. Got great advice from Casey and Laura for my thrusters and got to 75# for 5 reps. Finished WOD and that’s about all. Enjoy the day off and see you next week. Brad and Jim, safe travel and see you when you get back.

    I’m a chowderhead. Don’t know why I thought my 1RM Thruster was 190 (it might be, but the heaviest I have documented is 160). So, Matt, you were right. I shouldn’t have been using 95 for the wod. Which was a great one — the thrusters killed my quads so there was no pop in my legs for the burpees. Strength thrusters – 3×5@115, 135, 145. Back 2 Back Squats — very clever. No wonder my legs are toast.

    Props to all those PRs this morning. Casey = burpee machine.

    Great to have Bob, Deanna, Stephanie and Austin join us. Maybe we’ll see more of Stephanie and Austin in the future?

    Wow, this one smoked me. It took all I had just to go grocery shopping with Linda & the kids.
    Went light on the Max Thrusters because of the shoulder (95#)
    In the 3Rnds I did 26?? – 20 – 18 Burpees

    And double that: Casey = burpee machine
