    I seriously think this site in on China Time. (or maybe something wrong with my computer)
    It is 10:35am, but the time shows 4:34pm. confused.

    Julie, I think it is now a requirement that you post everyday just for our enjoyment 🙂 Awesome job on your deadlifts, you will be doing over body weight in no time!

    Linda, 205 DL!!!! Way to go girl!!! You pushed me this morning, thank you.

    Finally, finally 200lb on my deadlift. Monday I got 100lb overhead…….two goals down one to go……..gotta get working on pu’s.

    I did 135 DL for the WOD and 45lb KB……..go heavy, you’ll be glad you did.

    Thanks Casey, This is a big week for you. I think we were good for each other on the deadlifts. With the 14 #’s I have lost, I can officially deadlift more than my body weight. U da Man Matt!
    Feel bad that I slunk over to the 95# bar for the WOD while Casey did the 135#, and did 35# KB. My time 15:20.
