WOD: 03-04-2010

Same as yesterday:  We want our athletes to maximize their gains and sufficient rest is just as vital as good nutrition and training, especially our brand of intensity.  So Wed and Thurs are the same so that Silverbacks can take a hard earned day of rest to see the best results possible and not miss out on a thing.

    Calling for PERFECT weather on Saturday!!

    Drop by at 9AM for a great workout, then hang around to help out with the ‘Work-Party’. I’ve got about a dozen tasks that need to be accomplished; everything from painting to hanging signs to cleaning up/out lumber.
    For lunch I’ll be providing a paleo meal; grilled Teriyaki chicken, grilled asparagus, and of course beverages!

    Did the WOD in 11:20 w/185# DL & 53#KB.
    Tough workout – couldn’t catch my breath.

    DL – 315, 345, 390x, 375x. Some days you’ve got it, some days you don’t

    wod w/ 185 DL and 53 KB – 11:26. Agree with Tim, unfortunately I chose to catch my breath during the run instead of burning it down and it cost me.
