“2 Minute Drill”

As many reps as possible in 2 min per movement:

Abmat Sit Ups

Row (meters)

Pull Ups

Deadlift

rest 1 min between movements

Deadlifts with a sense of urgency.

Meantime in the engine room of the USS Silverback.

Steve "cracks the code" on the Abmat.
