Thursday is the same as Wednesday, why?  We focus on three areas in this order technique, consistency and intensity.  The first two are all about our skills as coaches, the intensity is what we expect the individual athlete to bring.  To work at our intensity level for more than 3 days in a row is counter productive and overly stressful physically and mentally.   We built in a duplicate workout in the week on Wed and Thur so that our athletes could take one of those two days off, minimize disruption to their schedule and maximize their gains.  If you’re doing the workouts right, a day off is not an option, it’s a necessity
