Thur is the same as Wed:  Because you need a day off?  If you bring the intensity we ask and desire optimum results, then rest is every bit as important as nutrition and your workouts.  By doing the same workout at mid-week everybody can take that well deserved rest with some flexibility in there schedule.  Just come back ready to burn it down all over again.
