Row (for calories)

Squats x 80

Atomic-Sit Ups x 60

Push Ups x 20

3 Rounds

Round 1 rower stops when squats complete, round 2 rower stops when sit ups is complete, round 3 w push ups.  Score is time – calorie count (1 per second).

    Great effort by the 5AM crew!! This was pretty much constant motion for 3 rounds…….you guys put up some excellent calorie counts!

    Drew: Feel free to come in this afternoon and row for me since you didn’t get enough this morning.

    Casey Great job coaching this morning! I did think I had to get back on the rower. Strangest feeling! Props to my team for a strong showing.
