Different day, same …… If your new to the Silverback Nation then we need to explain that the Wednesday and Thursday WOD  are the same to afford (require) our athletes to take a day of rest mid-week to maintain intensity in the workouts and recuperation away from the gym.   If you’re not new and I didn’t see you yesterday, suck it up buttercup and get in here.

    Thrusters: 75-95-100X
    I need to work on my hip explosion. Once I got to 95# I barely felt any monentum of the bar going up to reduce my upper body work load

    WOD: 9:51 with 60#
    Did not stop the first round but took plenty of breaks in the 2nd. Somehow had a burst of energy in the last round or maybe I just wanted the WOD to end already.
