Rowing Relay

Teams of 3

Row 5k for time ( no individual leg longer than 500m.)

How about some HEAVY squats before all that rowing?

Gary refuses to be outdone, effort follows focus.

    Visited Crossfit Citadel in Longview, Texas and participated in a team event. Two members / team. Box jumps (18″) and Wall ball (14lb ball). 10 rounds, 30 seconds each event, team member completes both events before 2nd team member begins. I team with a young lady (SHE ROCKED), here are the results

    See, that’s my WOD partner in the picture. Way to go Amy! our time 16:31. Thanks so much for giving me a break that last 250m. Matt, I now know my average time for a 500m row. Back squat 95, 125, 145,145.

    Did The WOD with Anna as my partner. We rowed 3500 in 14:17. Good job Anna. Squats were 275, 295, 305, and 315 failed. Must have been the sitting execution style made my legs tired.

    275×3, 295×2, 305. Was hoping for more, but sitting in the electric chair had my quads screaming before we got to strength. Me and Bear… 325 next time. Enjoyed team 5k row. Learned a lesson on speed vs power on the rower. Power is more effective.

    went to the park and ran sprints and jogged and then threw in some burpees here and there…like 40 total or something….
    not much but at least something
