Lynn was the one to beat this morning…….I tried……….I just didn’t have it in me. Great job Lynn! Those Stewart’s are something else.

“Seasoned veterans” relative to Saturday nights. The recovery time is longer. Great WOD today, used 105# and the Bear kicked my butt. Finished at 11:31. Great job by my better-half. She set the tempo.

Thanks Casey, I really liked this WOD – I only did 45# but after doing deadlifts Friday and Saturday, 45# felt pretty light. Push Press, not so much. 8:55

Looks like we missed a good one Saturday. On vacation in FL this week. Getting ready to do some exercise with some of the girl-rillas–Tanya, Judi H and Renee. Thinking we may drop in on CrossFit Destin later in the week. Have fun and see the early crew on Monday.

Dang. A fast group at 0500. At 115#, 13:03. I was the caboose on the CFSB train this morning.

If you want to compare, check against 5/17/10 – “Culmination Point”

Ok, deadlifts three out of the last four days. My thumb nails feel like they’ve been beaten with a ball peen hammer (hook grip)

Ring Dips: 14, 6 (weighted vest), 6 (weighted vest)

    WOD: 115# at 10:09

Did better at staying in the fight between rounds 2 and 3 but the 1st round tore me up. Still need to work on the clean technique.

    Ring Dips = 9-6-5
    WOD w/107.5# = 8:37

Glad to see RD’s in the strength – need to work on those if I’m ever going to get a Muscle-Up.
