WOD: 09-10-2010

For time 10,9,8,……..1 of the following movements:

Deadlift

Inverted Push Ups

 
 

The loads were heavy and the bodies flying. That's 5:00am Friday in the Silverback Nation.

Leslie represented the Girl-rillas EXTREMELY WELL!

Some people might think this is bad photo, I think it's a cool photo of Lindsay looking STRONG and FAST.

I think we captured Drew more DONE and POOPED.

    Adj. 1. inverted – being in such a position that top and bottom are reversed; “a quotation mark is sometimes called an inverted comma”; “an upside-down cake”

    Matt, I hope that helps to make your point. Well I did NOT do an inverted push up because I normally do girly ones so for the WOD I tried doing regular push ups, tried is the operative word here (plank position……yada yada yada)

    WOD: 7:09 using 95# for the DL

    There were a lot of fast times and heavy weights on the board (good t have the board back)

    Hard to get this one done in the hotel here. Steel plates and hardwood floors make rapid fire deadlifts impossible. So the reps were slow and deliberate.

    112 Kilos = 246 lbs. and feet on ~20in bench

    SWOD: 5×5 bench press 70K,90K,95K,95K,95K (wasn’t sure what y’all did and I haven’t done bench press in forever. Also seemed to compliment push ups in the WOD)
