Betsy and Kamran swing kettlebells slighty heavier than they are.

When this many athletes sit for the picture we did something right.

    Did a 90 min run over the weekend. 15 min of work with 90 sec of rest. covered 10.5 miles over flat terrain. i felt really good after this run. Even after 5 straight days in the box, a really long flight and this being my 6th day working out without a break. Rested on Sunday like the Good Book says. Now it’s Monday and the schedule wouldn’t allow a trip in to the gym and I’m “itching to get a good workout in. Looks like 24hr or sleep….hhhhmmmmm…..zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!
