” 2 What ?”

Athletes are divided into teams of 3, only one athlete may work at a time.  For time:

Run 1 mile

Goblet Squat x 200

Burpees x 20 (per athlete)

Push Press x 200

Run 1 mile

Drew visited today from Aggieland with his dad and discovered why we don't post the Saturday WOD ahead of time.

As hard as this looks, their team still has a mile to run after this.
