30 sec work 10 sec transition

Step ups with knee drive and kettlebells

12in box x hold in rack position

16in box x hold in rack postition

20in box x farmer carry

24in box x farmer carry

5 rounds

This looked a lot easier on paper.

    Nice WOD today. This will help with pistols. The 20″ and 24″ box at 45 lbs was brutal. Matt, bring the Devil’s Staitwell out more often. Never broke more than 25 reps for any round. Progessively lower numbers for each round.

    That WOD was wrong in all the wrong ways. I couldn’t even step up on the 24″ box with the 55#KBs and had to grab the 45#s. Don’t remember the numbers but they were all in the mid to low 20s.

    very different, very tough wod. difficult to measure but last round was 39 reps; no idea how many in previous rounds. but i had casey pushing me on the last one
