” The old one, two”   Even Rocky sat down between rounds.  Our workouts at your most intense take a toll making proper recovery after 2 or 3 days essential to success in your evolution as an athlete.  Our repeating the workout allows us to give everyone some flex in their schedule while the Silverback Nation stays on the same page in the training log.
