Thrusters x 7

Run/Row x 400m/500m

    15:35 @ 115 lbs, 3 runs, two rows. Interesting that I found the runs more taxing than the rows. Always dig the pullup/pushup complex. Add in a tabata basics warmup and you’ve got one heck of a workout.

    20:25 with 45#. Runs helped me keep track of the rounds. Ran 2- rowed- then ran another 2. Thanks Tim for picking up Daniel after school so I could go to the 4:30 class.
