“Book Ends”

AMRAP 12 min of:

Burpees x 5

KTE x 10

Burpees x 5

Kettlebell Swings x 10

Garrett took the day with 7 rounds and worked on 8 until the last second.


Last week in the hospital, this week killing the WOD. Very Silverback Laura!

  1. NO DOUBT ABOUT IT, this morning was cold. 5 and 6 am really did a great job not letting circumstances effect your performance. I hope everyone had fun with the Kettlebells their will be more of that to come.

    4 rounds…..well 10 KB swings away from 5 rounds but I know I know….it doesn’t count 🙂
    used 45#KB

    the slashing and haloing was a neat twist…cool to learn something new…not sure if I will like trying to do that super fast in a WOD ever….but I liked that it was a rotator cuff strengthening exercise.
