“Leg Day” I know all you reformed bodybuilders out there get the joke.

AMRAP 10min

Front Squat x 5

Box Jump x 10

rest 5 min then :

BONUS 3 Rounds

Back Squat (same weight) x 30 sec

Rest 30 sec

This captured just about every position including sucking wind.


It seemed a popular position.


After the squating comes the jumping.

    Because this is what I do and for whatever reason my kids are interested, I was teaching them goblet squats in the kitchen tonight. My five year old buckles his knees in and ends up ojn his toes just like I do. So I’m like, holy cow it is hereditary and now my mission is to break his bad squat habits long before he is my age. BTW my 2 year old little girl does a squat with perfect form.
