I saw today’s WOD on CrossFit.com last night and liked it better than what I had programmed, so

Run and Skip

Partner Jump Box Ladder 1-10


3 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Overhead squats, 75 pounds
21 Pull-ups

It's a little after 8:30 and the Girl-rillas are on the move.

Kat is back, good to have you back on board.

    Welllllll a lot has happened since I saw you all last…. 🙂
    I’ve worked myself to death…
    I tried to take myself out by hitting my head on a dresser and almost bleeding to death…
    I turned another year older…

    sooo now it’s time to get back to consistant crossfitting…I have missed it so 🙂

        haha! well kinda….
        got engaged Wed the 29th which was his bday and then had a birthday today actually but we celebrated it Sat night! everything else is in the correct order!
