WARM UP:  Tag Team Farmer Carry Lunges (KB or DB) x 4 rounds
For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
Athletes pair up by ability level and complete Angie quickly as possible with no rest during sets
As soon as an athlete rests or pauses then the partner must begin; no pause longer than “1 Mississippi”.

    I’ll be the first to say that this workout sucked, and the lunges were even worse. Gary and I completed it in twelve something, I think.
