KTD: PVC Clean and Snatch

Buy In: Bear Complex  (amrap) 3 min, 1:30, 45 sec

WOD: Burpees x 3 every minute on the minute + Clean x 100

Time ends when the athlete reaches 100. prev. 09/17/2010

Strength: TGU 3 sets of 5 each side

I am always asked by new athlete's if folks really workout at 5:00 am. Oh yeah they do.

Someone has to finish first.

Don't think for a minute the Girl-rillas will be left behind.

    Liked the “Bear” for a warm-up; numbers for “Bear” 17 for 3:00 / 8 for 1:45 / 3 for 0:45. Used 105 lbs for the WOD and added 0:63 seconds to my previoues time. Going from the floor added the time which was 9:43. THe burpees sucked the air out of me in the later rounds.
