WOD: “Bloody Bear” (3-31-2010)

Three individually timed rounds: Row x 500m + Bear Complex x 10

STRENGTH: Deadlift 5×5 @ 80% 1 RM

CASH OUT: Max sit ups  in 2 min.

Yes, Julie really was moving that fast.

Still recovering from a 50k (not a misprint), Dick has really pushed himself Silverback style this week. Well done sir.

Hannah only has a few workouts under her belt and is progressing crazy fast fast.

    Bear Complex with 65 x 6 … not so bad

    Actually looking forward to a long run tomorrow with no weights on the horizon til Friday.

      probably a little light on the deadlift but I’m still easing my way back into the “anti-routine” of getting back under the weights.

    I ran and skipped and the…the “bear”. Bear, husband of Corri, great guy. “bear” the workout, not so great. Crossfit fam I have a confession….Matt gave me the “is that the weight your going with?”. This means that either you have too much weight or too little weight. I could have gone up a little, tiny bit in weight.
    Still in preparation for the dreaded “Cookie Drop” Feb 8th. Will be throwing cases of thin mints, lemonades, and such in cars right and left. May even be sporting a new crossfit t-shirt.
