I DON’T KNOW HOW YOU ANYONE DOESN’T KNOW BY NOW, BUT JUST IN CASE, THE NUTRITION CLINIC/CHALLENGE KICKOFF IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWS TOMORROW’S 9:00am WORKOUT.

Come burn yourself down at 9:oo am, then learn how to build it back following the highly effective and gorilla simple nutrition solution.  Feel free to bring a snacks and a drink to recover while we talk about our new nutrition partner “The Whole 9” and how to make immediate and positive impact in your health and performance.

    Great job by Matt and Zach! You guys put on a great presentation. I’m really excited to do this and I’m close to having my wife on board for the whole30 as well. I made copies of the grocery checklist and I’m ready to go to the store tomorrow. However, I had to clear the pantry of all the bad stuff so for dinner tonight I had 8 hot dogs, a loaf of whole wheat bread, a family size box of mac and cheese, 3 totinos pizzas, 27 slices of kraft singles, a gallon and a half of 2% milk, 14 corona lights and half a bottle of boone’s farm strawberry hill. Yum!
