BUY IN: KB Tabata 20/10 x 4 of one arm swing, figure 8, snatch

STRENGTH: PULL UPS / DIPS x 8, 3 sets

WOD: TABATA 8 sets of (20 work/10 rest sec) of the following

Row for calories

Wall Ball

Push Ups

Box Jumps

Doing dips and making pink work with OD green. Casey can do it all.

When your in the middle it's best to just put your head down and keep moving.

    Not sure what all my scores were. Nice to meet Carlos.

    I liked my pink and green……….however, definitely wash your shirt before wearing it. I was so excited I just had to wear it this morning………we almost had to open a door, it was bad.

    Great job Girl-rillas! Val, I’m so sorry about your finger, but at least we had a paramedic on hand 😉

    That 830, Girl-rillas class is DANGEROUS..Lol… I stopped counting after the whole wallball thing.. yep, now I am a paramedic with 9 working fingers…

    I’m beat. A good all around workout. 246 total reps on the wod (didn’t use lowest rep counting scheme).

    I hate burpees. Only 17 days and 1564 reps to go.
