STRENGTH: Deadlift x 2,2,2,2,2 @ 95%

WOD:

Deadlift +
Pull-up +
Push-up
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of each movement

    Good work out today, starting to enjoy these descending ladders

    355# for the strength the 5th set was horrible
    185# for the WOD in 6:50

    Did 315# for Strength on sets 1-4; on the 5th set somebody cemented the weights to the floor so I couldn’t lift it.

    Loved the WOD – did it in 9:44 w/165#.
