WARM UP: Ultimate Stretch

STRENGTH: Jerk 5×5 @ 70% 1 RM

WOD:

Five rounds for time of:
15 Medicine ball cleans, 20 pound ball
15 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

CASH OUT:

30sec Mountain Climber +
30sec Plank
6 Rounds (10sec to switch between)

    MUCH harder than it looks…cash out was brutal on the shoulders but glad I got to workout with the girls this morning! Thanks everyone for all of the encouragement…those med ball cleans really had me frustrated!
