    Kudos to Marianne for a solo workout and getting through all elements of today’s programming, which was substantial. 5×5 snatches @ 80% is a workout by itself. With the wod, cash in, and cash out, that one full hour.

    Was bummed I couldn’t make it today. Had it planned to head that way straight after work but instead got held over an extra 2 hours. 🙁
