WARM UP: 400m and Joint Mobility

CASH IN:  High Knees and Sit Ups 30sec/30sec for 4min

STRENGTH: 

WOD:  

Jerk x 10 + Run 400m + Rest 2min

3 Rounds rest 5min after 3rd round

Back Squat x 12 + Step Ups + Rest 2min

3 Rounds rest 5min after 3rd round

TGU x 6 (3 each arm) + Burpees x 10 5 rounds

    OKKKK someone made our gorilla in charge very angry!! This was tough 🙂 I think I did really well but it was very tough!

    the jerk and 400m-I used 85# and times were 2:10, 2:13, 2:11

    the back squat and 2min box jumps-used 85# and 24″ box- 25, 29, 31 box jumps

    did the tgu with 25# KB and time was 9:24

    I wasn’t sure what day or time it was when all of it was finally done!! but I DID IT!
