WARM UP:  5 min rowing (easy)

CASH IN:  Animal Walk (3 rounds)

STRENGTH: Jerk  x 3,3,2,2,1 @ 85%

WOD: 

For Time:

Pull Ups x 7  (Dead Hang various grips) + Push Ups (Various) 5 rounds

Rest and Roll 5 min

Repeat

Record Slower Time.

CASH OUT:   KB Slash x 50 (alternating sides x 5) 

Oh this looks interesting and this is the first five minutes.
