CASH IN:   Burpees, Sit Ups (21, 15, 09)

STRENGTH:  Pull Ups  Max x 4

WOD: “Dan Jon KB Test”

Every minute on the minute for as long as possible,

KB Clean x 5, KB Clean x 3, KB Push Press x 2  (Strong Arm, rest, Weak Arm)

    My lil man Kameron did the burpees/situps cash in 8:24… its the first time he has ever done any kind of WOD in front of people…
