TIME TO GO UNDERGROUND AND GO APE!!!

As an old Marine I know no more simple and yet devastating training partner than a sandbag.  By using the sandbag instead of the barbell we create new movement patterns, gain response from different muscles and apply our “gym” muscles in an even more functional fashion.  Everybody today gets to test themselves in a whole new way, what more could you want (don’t say air conditioning).

First, the Clean and Press

Then, how bout a couple of squats?

Don't worry we have Ladies' sizes as well.

And then we can finish up with our new friend the Turkish Get Up - Sit Up. Uh Oh

    Holy sh*t that was difficult!!!!!!!!!!! What a workout to come back to after 5 weeks of non hardcore crossfit workouts.
