WARM UP: Down and Back x 3

BUY IN:  See Above

STRENGTH: Deadlift 5 x 5 @ 75% of 1 RM

WOD: 

Repeat for 3 rounds total, rest 2 minutes between rounds
AMRAP in 4 minutes of
15x Push press (75#/55#)
10x Sumo deadlift high pull (75#/55#)
5x Burpees

CASH OUT:Wall Walks x 3 (each way)

    annnnd VAL is super super BEASTLY! VAL thanks for pushing me on the DL today and also in the WOD though you almost did the boy RX..it made me push myself that much more to not stop! 🙂

    did 165x5x5 and then 205×2 for DL strength
    WOD RX got 2 rounds 19? and then 2 rounds 3 PP and then 2 rounds 4 PP

    I LOVED THIS WOD!!!

    DL @ 280# – Grip was the limiting factor; could only pull 4 on the last set cuz grip went out.

    Hurt my (good) shoulder doing Ring-Pushups yesterday so gotta take some time away from upper-body movements.

    Ran 3miles at lunch.

    Really, can anyone but a Crossfitter appreciate someone who works out so hard they throw up and then runs back in to get the last TWO rounds in??? I heart Crossfit……..and Donna 😉
