    That looks like a pretty solid showing from where i sit in Argentina, Russell.
    My co-worker decided to work out with me today in the Hilton. Just when i was about to lose hope on what i could possibly do in a machine filled room with an almost 8 foot ceiling, i saw the Concept 2 Rower!!! 1k in 3:38. WOD was 3 rounds: 5 renegade manmakers, 10 situps, 15 squats. sub-4 minutes. should have done more, but my excuse was working out with a non CFer. 🙂
