Warm Up: Med-Ball Toss

Buy In:  Lunges + SB Clean and Press x 5 + Broad Jumps

WOD:

1A) 1 arm Kettlebell clean & press 5 x 5

1B) mixed grip pull ups 5 x max

2A) double Kettlebell Squats 3 x 5

2B) double Kettlebell rows 3 x 5

3) sled / prowler x 4 (length and back)

8:30 Football Camp? NO, Girl-rilla Camp!
