      Well, crap. Right when you get back, I take off. Headed out for a 11 day work assignment in the AM. I’m hoping I don’t lose too much with the time off. Looks like quite a few bodyweight workouts in the hotel room are ahead. Everyone take care.

        Check out the message board on the main site and search for hotel WODs. There are several that will leave you face first on the ground. Take care and be safe.
