WARM UP: Run and Skip

BUY IN:  Box Jump Gauntlet

STRENGTH: Deadlift 3, 3, 2, 2, 1 @ 90% 1RM

WOD: 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
400 meter run
5 Deadlifts

CASH OUT:  Tabata Sit Ups
