WARM UP: Med Ball Toss

BUY IN:  Bear Complex x 3 min

STRENGTH:  Overhead Squat max reps x 1, Front Squat max reps x1, Back Squat max reps x 1  

WOD:

10 Rounds

15 x Deadlift (135, 95)

15 x Push Ups

CASH OUT:  TGU Sit Up 2 min

We welcomed Connie's son Clint in town from San Diego and yes, that is a 225 overhead squat for reps.

Shannon is done building her new house and is back to focus on building herself.

Steve was back as well this morning, good to see you back in action.

Ashley getting the last of 150 push ups like a champ before she caught the 11:00 flight back home, hope we see you again soon.

    Just got my 4th injection in the old knee so I’m revisiting the bear (grumpy bear that is). I hate it when the numbing agent wears off.
