STRENGTH:  Shoulder Press max reps, Push Press max reps, Jerk max reps 

WOD:

Max rounds in 20 minutes
15x Wall ball (20#/14#)
10x Deadlifts (135#/95#)
5x Ring dips

CASH OUT: 

Don't look at the camera.

Don't watch the clock.

DON'T underestimate the WOD.

    Sub’d 55# Thrusters for Wall Ball, Deadlift at 135: Dips on bars (no rings)

    A little nervous with the Thrusters since that is what I was doing when I hurt my knee. No issues though, thank goodness.

    My legs are (wait for it…) tingly (apologies for the high science). Pretty sure I’m going to feel this one tomorrow. 8 rounds- dips on the bar instead of rings.
