      Good to see you there Cathy. Great group. Thanks for the advice on pull ups, Val. Got it all done wod-wise and like you suggested even tried to change it up a bit. Did a couple of rounds of non-knee push ups and atomic sit ups. Will probably feel that tomorrow.
