CROSSFIT CRAPS

OPEN GYM 9:00am to 11:00am  If your feeling lucky try rolling the dice and see which WOD you get.  Or make up one from earlier in the week.  Don’t have enough welts from working on double unders we can add a few.  Just come and go on your own during the two hours, we hope to see you there.

  1. shout out to my baby girl Camille. She did her first “big girl-rilla” WOD today. She did Friday’s WOD of 5 rds at 10 reps each of:

    Pullups, Squats, Box Jumps (16″), single jump rope (30), and pushups (big girl first 2 rds then knees)

    Not sure on her time but she was definitely pumped afterward. Gonna hit the track with her in the morning.
