  1. Worked out at Capitol Crossfit in DC. Nice box connected to Muai Thai and Jiu Jitsu gym.

    15 min AMRAP of:

    5 Deadlifts @ 225
    7 pullups
    10 Anchored Situps

    12 rds and 5 Deadlifts.

    Cashout: 4.25 mile walk to hotel for time 😛
