That’s right, pick your favourite WOD from earlier this week, make up the one you missed or roll the dice and try out the BONUS WOD posted on the board.   MMMMMMMM sounds as good as Cheddar Biscuits doesn’t it.

    I did the bonus WOD today and it torched my thighs and hips. SDHP and DL with 80 lb KB. Swung the 70 HB for the swing and , well, um, the burpees just suck. Tome was 9:50.

    Great job by Todd who lead the pack for those during the Bonus WOD. Jogn, great job staying focused and getting through the Bonus WOD.

    OHS: 125# @ 5×5

    WOD: 12 Min AMRAP
    BW 175 DL 10 reps
    15 pushups

    9 RDs plus 10 Deadlifts
