WARM UP: Push Ups & Lunges

BUY IN:  Partner Burpee Ladder 1-8

STRENGTH: TGU 3x 3

WOD:

AMRAP in 12 minutes
8x Overhead squats (95#/65#)
8x Pull-ups

CASH OUT: Wall Walks x 3

Jim working hard on that next PR.

Big guys are a little slower on pull ups, but Todd makes up for it on the weights.

Kelley killing the TGU, now lets get some more weight.

Is depth an issue for Matt. Well maybe not the way it is for you and me.

    Hey, wait a minute; the :BUY IN: on the web page states Partner Burpee Ladder 1 – 8 and the 05:00 class did a ladder of 1 – 10! Matt, what happened? Casey was mumbling something about only eight as she was doing her burpees.
