Row 40 cal round 1; 20 cal round 2

Box Jumps

Burpees

Sledge Hammer

Team members rotate when the rower reaches the calorie goal; all reps on the other stations added up divide by  2 and subtract from time.

You do more to never let the team down.

Never let up

Never quit.
