WARM UP: Ultimate Stretch

BUY IN:  Bear Complex 3 min

STRENGTH: Overhead Squats 3,3,2,2,1 @ 90%

WOD: 

Monolithic

Build 2 bars, one with weight for Deadlift and Back Squat, the second for Push Press/Jerk.  Perform all 3 movements  until total poundage = 10,000

    I liked the workout but had a little hiccup… Dick helped me work out my weights and reps. It doesn’t really matter what he says, you just look at that good looking man and say “uh huh”. I guess I should have done more adding myself. My time was 7:58 for not 6700 lbs but for 7200 lbs. I guess he just wants me to be a better woman! Thanks Dick 🙂
