That’s right, you get to mix and match.  Pick any of the WOD’s from Mon – Thurs.  Feel like a rematch or maybe make up one you missed and don’t forget the deadlifts.  C’mon life doesn’t give you many second chances.

    WU:1 mile easy
    WOD: 200 m walk 200m
    400 m walk 400m
    3 x 800m with rest equaling time of effort (3:30, 3:27, 3:24)
    Cooldown: 1 mile easy

    Definitely feeling yesterday’s strength work today.
