    Brutal WOD, go heavy. It suxs while you are doingthe WOD but feels great after. I went 115 lbs. and finished in 20:10 minutes. Garret, nice job instructing the class.

  2. Oh man what a WOD. 18 minutes and 4 seconds of “Suffer-fest-extravaganza”! Form degraded steadily as the clock ticked away. Time for a rest day

    Great work from the 530 and 630 classes. Thanks for your patience with my snatch instruction. Sam, Drew and Heath moved the Rx weight with a vengeance. Lots and lots of gutsy performances. Hats off to all.
